Course Overview

Food & Beverage Service (FBS) trains learners to professionally serve food and drinks in hospitality establishments such as hotels, restaurants, lodges, hospitals, airlines, and catering companies. The course emphasizes customer service, hygiene, and practical service skills.

  • KCPE leavers accepted in some colleges

  • Open to school leavers and adult learners
