 KNEC Certificate in Sales and Marketing

The KNEC Certificate in Sales and Marketing is an entry-level business and marketing course examined by the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC). It equips learners with practical selling, marketing, customer service, and promotional skills needed in today’s competitive business environment.

It is ideal for beginners and those planning to progress into diploma and professional marketing careers.

Purpose:

To develop practical skills in sales techniques, marketing strategies, customer relationship management, and business communication, preparing learners for entry-level sales and marketing roles.

 Entry Requirements

To enroll, a student must have any one of the following:

  • KCSE mean grade D+ (plus) and above, OR

  • KNEC Certificate in Business Management, OR

  • Any other relevant KNEC business certificate
