 KNEC Certificate in Food & Beverage Production

This is a nationally recognized certificate course examined by the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC). It trains learners in basic culinary skills, food preparation, kitchen operations, and beverage service, preparing them for entry-level jobs in the hospitality industry.

Entry Requirements
  • KCSE mean grade: D (Plain) and above

  • OR an equivalent qualification approved by KNEC
